
Storage Fees for Completed Projects
Once a customer has been emailed and phoned to let them know their project is in will call and ready to be picked up - they must come within 2 weeks of being contacted. Print the email out and attached to the customer's paperwork in the "Storage Fees" binder in the sales office.
If the item(s) have not been picked up within that 2-week period we will start charging storage fees.
The rate is $25,00 per day until the customer picks up their item(s). There is a "Storage Fee Calendar" in the sales office. Once the storage fees begin, the customer MUST be notified of the start of the storage fees by email and by phone. The customer will not have to pay for the day the item is received.
STORAGE FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE CUSTOMER CAN HAVE THEIR ORDER SHIPPED, DELIVERED, INSTALLED OR PICKED UP.
