RECwood Planks - Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing RECwood Planks. We appreciate your business and hope you enjoy our reclaimed wood wall panels. However, if you change your mind for some reason, we will accept your return and issue an appropriate refund for any of our RECwood Planks panels if they meet all the following conditions:

• The returning item must be in the original resalable condition with all the bands still intact, and you must return it in the same initial packaging. 
• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to notify us and return the product to get your refund. Please mail your return to 27324 Camino Capistrano, CA 92677, Suite 160
• Shipping Costs are exempt from being refunded, and you are responsible for paying any returning shipping costs.
• A 15% of the product value restocking fee will apply to all returning items.
• After receiving the return, we will in turn inspect the item(s). Once we determine a refund is appropriate, we will proceed to issue a proper refund back to your original form of payment (ex: credit card, debit card, etc.), which may take one or more billing cycles.

Reclaimed Wood Samples and shipping costs are ineligible for a refund.
